Government Requires A Legislation To Be Passed By The House Of Assembly And Approved By The Senate And Governor In Order For This To Become A Law.There Are Eleven Members Of The Senate In Government, Five Of Whom Are Appointed By The Governor On Recommendation Of The Premier, Three By The Leader Of The Opposition, And Three By The Governor.
