There Were Warlike Dances, Religious Worships, Dances For Wedding, Dances For Celebration And Etc. The Dances Were Accompanied By Music Played On Lyres And Some Percussion Instruments. In Athens, The Children Were Educated In Order To Produce Worthy And Responsible Citizens, Who Could Involve Themselves Effectively On Matters Of Government, And Who Could Handle Themselves In Times Of War. In Sparta Though, The Drive Was Different. It Was More Like Training The Children In Preparation For Combat And In War. In Sparta, Once One Gets To The Age Of 18 To 20, The Males Had To Undergo Pass A Test Of Fitness, Military Ability And Leadership Skills.
