Fathers Can Accept That Women Have To Work. However, They May Not Always Readily Accept The Fact That Women Ask Of Their Help In Doing The Household Chores. They May Resent This And Quarrels May Ensue Because Of It. This In Turn May Put A Strain On Marriages And On Children.If This Problem Is Resolved, Then Another Serious Problem Arises: Who Will Look After The Children While The Parents Are Working? A Number Of Options Exist. Next To The Ideal Of The Parents Looking After The Children Is That The Grandparents Look After Them. If This Option Is Not Available There Are Other Measures Like Hiring A Maid, Leaving The Child With A Baby-sitter For The Day, Or Leaving The Child In A Day-care Centre.If The Child Is Below The Age Of Five, Putting Him Or Her In A Day Care Is Not A Suitable Option, Since These Are Crucial Years In A Childs Life And He Or She Needs A Lot Of Sensible Care And Training. The Parents Need To Have A Certain Amount Of Finance Available To Obtain A Live-in Maid Or Hire A Baby-sitter. Live-in Maids Or Baby-sitters Individual Values And Attitudes In Bringing Up And Raising Children May Also Be Different From The Parents And May Cause Other Problems. There Is Also The Question Of Trust. Parents And Grandparents Looking After Their Own Children Or Grandchildren Would Have The Childrens Interest At Heart Which Cannot Always Be Replaced By Others. The Parents React By Becoming Angry And Scolding Their Children.Children Become Attached To Their Care-givers Which Is A Natural Fact. Children Suffer From Trauma When These Care-givers Return Home Abroad Or If The Care-givers Give Up Looking After Their Charges. Parents Have To Make Many Sacrifices In Order To Both Work And Raise A Family And Only They Can Decide If All That They Are Doing Is Worthwhile Or Not. All In All, There Is A Lot Of Disruption When Both The Parents Have To Go To Work And Are Unable To Maintain A Healthy Normal Balance Between Their Work And Their Family. If The Parents Are Not Able To Cope Up With It All And Still Run Their Families, The Result Will Be Broken Or At Least Extremely Unhappy Families.
